Which payment option do you offer?

PayPal

Paypal is an e-wallet. Paypal stores and secures your bank account details if you have an account:
1. Choose PayPal at the checkout and you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
2. Fill in your email address or phone number to enter your account and confirm your payment.
3. If you don't have an account, you can pay as a guest by paying with your credit card to confirm your payment

 

Mastercard

When you pay with a Mastercard creditcard, your card information can be entered safely. Together with your credit card organization, we take care of processing your payment: 
1. Choose Mastercard at the checkout.
2. Fill in the card details, card number, cardholder name, card expiration date and Card Verification Code (CVC).
3. Confirm your payment and order.

 

Visa

When you pay with Visa creditcard, your card information can be safely entered. Together with your credit card organization, we take care of processing your payment:
1. Choose Visa at the checkout.
2. Fill in the card details, card number, cardholder name, card expiration date and Card Verification Value (CVV).
3. Confirm your payment and order.

 

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

If your credit card or PayPal account is authorised, the amount will be charged immediately. You’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card isn’t authorised, the amount will not be charged. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorised, it may look like we have still taken the amount as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

Please note that we will not dispatch your item until we have received and processed your payment.

 

Have you received my payment?

When we’ve received and processed your payment, you’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours. Haven’t received it? Please check if the e-mail is in your spam folder.

 

Why is my PayPal payment declined?

We’re sorry to hear that your payment has been declined.

A declined payment can be caused by one of the following reasons:

  • The transaction page has timed-out.
  • You left the page before finishing the check-out procedure.
  • Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to a secondary option like a bank account or a credit card.
